An application has been made for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) at Pulse between 29^th October 2016
and 30^th October 2016.

The application has been made in order to extend Pulse's hours from 0500-0600 on the morning of Saturday 29th October and Sunday 30th October as part of our Halloween celebrations.
